When completed the new clinic will offer 10 exam rooms to improve our patient’s experience.  Coweta will also include behavioral health services, x ray services and lab.  Renovations are scheduled to begin soon and should be completed by the 1^st quarter of 2024.  During construction, medical services will be provided in Coweta from our mobile medical unit that will be located across the street in front of the American Legion.  Hours will be slightly modified to:

• Monday 10:00 am – 6:00 pm
• Tuesday thru Thursday 8:00 – 5:00 pm
• Friday 8:00 am – 12:00 pm

Our Behavioral Health providers will be temporarily located at the Health Department offices at 28596 E 141^st St. in Coweta.  In addition, patients can take advantage of our Porter location or schedule a visit with our providers through telehealth or in-office video.
